Morning and Night Skin Care

Skin care is very important to do especially during morning and evening. Why? Because the enzymes in the body becomes active when the body moves us a lot in the morning and afternoon. The skin can have stress because of the weather and environment, which can cause skin aging.

While in the midnight to six o’clock in the morning, the skin goes through the renewal system which is very important. Some of the things below can be done to keep the skin beautiful.

Morning Day Care:
* Do not forget to shower in the morning to freshen the skin, body and mind.

* Apply a skin moisturizer and massage gently for 2-3 minutes for the blood circulation.

* If you are frequently outside, you should use the cream containing sunscreen.

* Use the mask for 10-15 minutes to freshen up the face.

* Attach a spoon made from metal that had been cooled in the refrigerator to reduce swollen eyes.

* Drink water or hot tea to keep the body’s metabolism.

Night Care:
* Do not forget to clean the makeup before going to bed.

* Use a night cream to help repair the skin, because at night the skin absorb nutrients quickly, and do not forget to massage your face for the blood circulation and remove toxins.

* Sleep 6-8 hours each night.

* When being active in the daytime, reduce food containing salt, because salt binds water and can make your face look dull when you wake up.
