Suspected Containing Cadmium “Shrek McDonald” Glasses Withdrawn
Toxic cadmium have been found in the painted design in “Shrek”-themed drinking glasses sold at McDonald’s throughout the United States and Canada market. The Company was forced to pull back a glass that has sold 13.4 million on the market. Glass in four designs that depict the characters of Shrek, Princess Fiona, Puss in Boots, and Donkey in “Shrek Forever After” has a weight of 16 ounces, sold for about two dollars as part of a promotional campaign for the film.
