To Have Healthy Hair Is Easy
As long as your hair does not have a problem, you just need to make the things that may seem “simple” become routine. So, no need to sacrifice a lot right?
1. Reduce the use of a hair dryer to dry wet hair. If forced to use, set the temperature at the lowest temperature while running. Although slightly longer, more lustrous hair secured, manageable and protected from drying and cracking.
2. Avoid combing your hair wet. Dry it the first, since the roots and stems of the damp hair is generally very fragile.
